📦 Shipping Policy
At Forever Moore, each order is packaged with care and shipped in the order it was received. Because this business is handmade and run by one person, turnaround times may vary, and customers acknowledge this at checkout.
Once your order is dropped off and accepted by the postal carrier (USPS/UPS), it is officially out of my hands.
📫 Lost, Delayed, Stuck, or No-Movement Packages
After the carrier accepts your package:
- Forever Moore is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stuck in transit, show no movement, or are marked delivered but not received.
- No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for carrier-related issues.
- Tracking movement, delivery times, scans, and handling are 100% controlled by USPS/UPS.

- missing scans
- showing “in transit” for an extended period
- marked delivered but missing
…you will need to contact the postal carrier directly to open a service request or file a claim.
My responsibility is to fulfill and ship your order. Once the carrier takes possession, the responsibility transfers to them.

To protect your purchase:
- Basic shipping insurance is included with every package.
- Customers may also choose to add additional insurance at checkout for extra peace of mind.
- Declining additional coverage means you accept full responsibility for any carrier-related issues.

While Forever Moore is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, I am always happy to help you with the claims process by:
- Providing shipment confirmation
- Supplying tracking details
- Explaining next steps with USPS/UPS
- Helping you understand how to file a claim
- Offering documentation if needed
iwill support you however I can — but the final decision and outcome of any claim is at the carrier’s discretion, not mine.
📦 Tracking Information
Tracking information is sent once a label is created.
If your package is delayed or shows no movement, please reach out to your carrier to open a missing mail request or claim, and I can assist with any information they require.
